Terms of Service
These terms apply when a clinic or physiotherapist creates a workspace and uses our platform for bookings, billing, exercise plans and guided home exercise.
1. Your workspace
You need a valid work email to create a workspace. You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping login details private. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
2. Clinical responsibility
The platform supports physiotherapists. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional judgment. Rep counts, joint angles and suggestions are estimates to help you review progress. Every exercise plan, and every change to it, is the decision of a qualified practitioner in your workspace.
You remain responsible for assessing whether home exercise and camera guidance are suitable for each patient, and for following the professional standards that apply to you.
3. Patients
Patients use the app free of charge, through a link from your clinic. You agree to tell patients how their data is used, record any consent your rules require, and respond to their requests about their data.
4. Your data
You own the data you and your patients put into the platform. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your workspace is active.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold.
- Do not try to access other workspaces, test our security without written permission, or disrupt the service.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the platform.
6. Plans, trials and billing
New workspaces start with a 14 day trial. After the trial, the plan you choose is billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page, plus any applicable taxes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance. Support is available by email on all plans, with additional onboarding on Clinic and Group plans.
8. Ending your workspace
You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or is unpaid, after giving notice where we reasonably can. After closure, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
9. Liability
The platform is provided as a tool for qualified practitioners. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for clinical outcomes, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change materially affects you, we will tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
